After every amazing summer, we always eagerly anticipate the new surf season! We can't wait to welcome all SURFinn guests back to our surf houses, but of course, we need a great team to make it happen.

Surfhouse Staff
SURFinn staff! Are you 20+ and eager to join the team at one of our surf houses? Good news because we are also looking for team members for our beautiful houses in Portugal and France. This is for almost the entire year! Because the tasks and profiles we are looking for here differ somewhat from those of a surf camp, we have created a separate function here.
Are you the enthusiastic and mature team member who, together with the house hosts, welcomes all Surfblend guests and ensures that they lack nothing? Then read on.
Together with your small team, you are responsible for various tasks within the surf house. Things like setting up breakfast, cleaning rooms, and preparing communal areas like the cozy dinners are part of your daily routine. All this while staying in the house and experiencing the holiday together with the guests, hosts, and fellow team members.

Are you 20+ and eager to gain your first professional experience as an intern at SURFinn? We have been collaborating with several top schools for years, where students can choose SURFinn as their internship company. Schools specializing in tourism, hospitality, or sports & animation often opt for a partnership with us. Business management or social media internships are also possible. Read on to learn more and submit your application.
